This is a simple animation but it looks gorgeous! Especially due to the fact that you used different colors to make the sparkles instead of just typical white and I think the sparkles fit the goddess theme. 
Cassie looks very elegant here and a bit mermaid-like too thanks to the pose. I really like that you chose to draw her face from the side. The cropping is also good for this pic.
